Certification of conformance

Declaration of conformity is a type of mandatory confirmation of compliance of products with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union.

Declaration of conformity of railway transport software in accordance with TR CU 001/2011, TR CU 002/2011, TR CU 003/2011 is carried out by the Applicant with the involvement of testing centers/laboratories. The Applicant provides the certification body with its own evidence of compliance with the requirements, as well as test reports from testing laboratories/centers. The certification body reviews the submitted documents and registers declarations of conformity.

LLC "IBTrans" includes a Testing Center for Railway Transport Software, accredited in the national accreditation system for conducting railway software testing for declaration of conformity purposes.

This diagram demonstrates the detailed interaction of the applicant with the testing center/laboratory for the purpose of declaring the conformity of their products.
