Order 117 of the FSTEC comes into force on March 1, 2026.

The draft amendments to Government Decree No. 79 significantly revise the requirements for the staffing of organizations engaged in the technical protection of confidential information (TPCI). Previously, the requirements for personnel were largely based on a formal approach, but now they are strictly differentiated, quantifiable, and directly related to the types of work performed.
