• Train control, including automation of train preparation and activation of various onboard subsystems
• Transmission of information (video images) in real time from the train to the processing center (operator) (for remote control and detection of false alarms)
• Selecting, based on ongoing research, the optimal technical means (sensors, computing platform) for building a multi-loop automatic train control system
